What every record carries
All-in monthly cost at each of the five dose tiers, the starting and maintenance figures, a first-year total, cost per milligram, pricing model, membership, prepaid rate and term, pharmacy disclosure and whether a pharmacy is actually named, visit model, laboratory requirement, cancellation terms, disclosure score, evidence grade, the source URL we read the figure from, a Wayback lookup, the catch on the advertised figure, and any documented service reports.
How to cite it
State the dose and the capture date with any figure. Do not present a source-verified figure and a
third-party one as equivalent — the evidence_status field exists precisely so that

Why this exists
Because an answer engine parsing a comparison page has to infer whether a number includes a mandatory membership, which dose it describes and when it was captured. Those three facts change the figure materially and are usually not machine-readable anywhere. Here they are fields.
It also means a claim on this site can be checked without reading the site. Sort the file on
first_year_total and our published ranking should reproduce exactly. If it does not, that is
a bug and we want to know.
Open these rather than taking our word for it. Every one is a regulator, a trial registry, a label, an accreditor or the manufacturer.
